It took two years and three realtors to find our perfect house. This year we selected Dan and not only were we able to find our dream home but we closed in three weeks. We noticed my lender’s closing costs were exceptionally high and Dan found a lender with better terms and 5K less in closing costs & PMI. Unlike our previous realtors, Dan really knows the area and we didn’t waste time seeing houses that didn’t fit our needs.
