Dan McCaskey
Dan McCaskey grew up around the real estate business, so it was seamless transition to become a licensed realtor after graduating from college in 1988 with a communications and marketing degree. He began his career in real estate with Century 21 On The Square Realty in Chardon and worked hard to enhance his expertise in northeast Ohio. He teamed up with RE/MAX Traditions in 2012 forming The McCaskey Team. Dan currently resides in Munson, enjoys spending time with his family, is a sports, boating & snowmobiling enthusiast and is active supporter of the Chardon Community.
Terri Combs
Terri Combs has been in real estate since the early 90’s when she started her career at Century 21 On The Square Realty in Chardon. She became a licensed agent in 1997 and has been selling ever since. Teaming up with Dan over 15 years ago and moving to RE/MAX Traditions as a member of the McCaskey Team in 2012. Growing up in Chardon, Terri and her husband Dave have 2 grown daughters and 4 grandchildren all living locally here in Chardon.
Sue Gabanic
Sue Gabanic, and her years of real estate office and marketing experience, joined Dan McCaskey and Terri Combs as their marketing/transaction coordinator in 2010. Sue, her husband Bob, and their three (3) children reside in Hambden. Her son is a student at CSU and her 2 daughters graduated from Kent State University. Sue is active in the community, enjoys family time and volunteering!
